Directions


Pre-Workout: Mix 1 scoop of Carbolyze™ with 8-16oz (depending on desired consistency) of cold water for optimal endurance and performance.† Post-Workout: Mix 1 scoop of Carbolyze™ with 8-16oz (depending on desired consistency) of cold water to promote the bodys quick and efficient glycogen replacement and muscle recovery.† Muscle-Building: Mix 1 scoop of Carbolyze™ with 1-2 scoops of Isolyze™ (whey protein isolate) pre- and post-workout to maximize nitrogen balance and speed the bodys post-workout recovery.†
