Directions


1 serving (1/2 Scoop) twice a day.

On training days take your first serving with 4-6 oz of water on an empty stomach 0-30 minutes before a workout. Consume your second serving intra workout. Adjust water amount to desired consistency. As Ultra is highly concentrated do not take more than two servings in a 24 hour period.

Consult with your physician prior to use if you are taking medication including but not limited to MAOI inhibitors antidepressants aspirin non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or products containing phenylephrine ephedrine pseudoephedrine other stimulants or have allergies to arginine corn gluten or citrus fruit. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to surgery or if you experience rapid heartbeat dizziness severe headache or shortness of breath. Do not use for more than 8 weeks. Each serving contains as much caffeine as about 1 cup of coffee. Too much caffeine may cause nervousness irritability sleeplessness and occasionally rapid heart beat. Do not consume synephrine or caffeine from other sources including but not limited to coffee tea soda and other dietary supplements or medications containing phenylephrine or caffeine. Drink a minimumo f 64 ounces of water per day while using this product.
