Directions
For a 24 oz. smoothie. Start with a cupful of ice in the blender jar. Add 3-4 fluid ounces of Smoothie Mix 6 ounces of water a scoop of smoothie protein and a boost if desired. Blend approximately 10 seconds to desired consistency.
